Job Description

1. Receiving recruitment requests from departments. Set a recruitment plan;
2. Reviewing the Job Description, adjusting the Job Description to suit the needs at the time of recruitment;
3. Evaluate and propose to select suitable recruitment channels according to the positions to be recruited;
4. Post jobs, search for profiles of all vacancies in the Company;
5. Strictly follow the steps according to the Company's Recruitment Process;
6. Update and manage candidate information files;
7. Do procedures to receive new employees; o Integration training for employees;
8. Monitor and update the status of new employees, employees leaving;
9. Receive training needs from departments. Training planning;
10. Integration training and candidate care before - after recruitment;
11. Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses;
12. Update the list of employees of the Company;
13. Make reports as required;
14. Perform other duties as required by the Head of HR Department.
